Worst service ever

Placed an order and the order was cancelled. No explanation whatsoever. Payment went through and the shoe and size is still available online. Was advised to place another order and the same thing happened. Chat thing is useless cos no agents available. On Twitter they said an agent will get back to me. Still waiting.
