Worst service ever

Adidas deserves a ZERO star. Their service is is not only bar,they treat their customers with such disrespect. I ordered an item online from them and they sent me an sms to say my product was delivered and ready for collection at their store in East Gate mall. When I got there I was told there was no such item delivered there. I wasted not only my money to go to their store but my valuable time. I felt disrespected and treated badly by them.
