Worst service ever

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received. I purchased a top which happened to be small, on the 1st of June 2025. I then requested for a return. Even today it hasn't been collected. I called them on the 9th to follow up, I was told that it should be collected within 3 working days, a week went by no communications. I called them again on the 17th, I was told it will be collected within 24 hours but still not collected. getting through to their call Centre is absolutely the worst, it is a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend their online service to anyone; it is the worst I have ever experienced. This is something that you do not expect to receive from such a big brand. Very disappointing and on top of that, their refund turnaround time is the longest ever
