Worst service ever

I placed an order on the 23rd November. The order has been on "packing your order since then. It was expected to be delivered on the 26 Novemberm now it says to be confirmed. I tried sending them emails and calling them but no reply. Im so dissappointed. The items were for a birthday party on the 1st of December. How do i cancel an order that is still not packed?
