Worst service ever

<p>I bought a show from Adidas.co.za and when the shoe came I fit it on and it was a entire size smaller.<br />Apparently Adidas thinks it's cool to sell you a shoe that's one size smaller than what it says on the shoe.<br />I then spoke to customer care and told them that the shoe that was delivered was way too small for me and I would like to return it. (I wore it for 30mins, the shoe was brand new). I then sent them pictures of the shoes (uppon their request) and I got a call 2 days later telling me that they won't be taking it back. I told them that the shoes was brand new and in excellent condition since I had hardly worn it, but still they wouldn't take it back.<br /><br />Avoid adidas online please, it's seriously a pretty selfish place to shop from, the shoes was hours old and they couldn't even think twice about their customers to take it back and give me a bigger size.</p>
