Worst Service.

I purchased a pair of shoes online in November already. Got the shoes, but they didn't fit. Arranged for a collection, took them 7 days to collect. Now almost 2 weeks later, countless emails with no response and attempts to get ahold of customer service with no answer. I still haven't received my refund... Can you please enlighten me as to what is GOING ON?? THIS IS SHOCKING ADIDAS...
