Worst service

I am beyond frustrated, I ordered stuff on the 27th of November. Only for my order to be cancled today on the 18 December less than a week before Christmas. I sent multiple emails concerning when my parcel will even be sent out and just received an automated response , will never purchase from them again .Now I have to make another plan quickly for Christmas presents
