WORST online shopping experience & service!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM Adidas ONLINE!!! Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Bought a pair of shoes at the beginning of February and was the wrong size so logged a return the day after delivery - I am STILL waiting for a refund or a call any communication from customer services. I have purchased from so many other online platforms in South Africa and been pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and ease of online shopping but NOT with Adidas.
