Worst online shopping experience in SA

Possibly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. If it wasn't actually Adidas I would think I've been ****med, and even so i'm starting to believe that. No online store should have 13-15 working days as a delay. Aside from this, there is absolutely no one to speak to to actually find out order status as no one answers their phone, replies to emails, and their chat doesn't work. For a business the size of Adidas, the level of customer service is pitiful and this website is doing the entire brand a disservice. Absolutely *******. Do not shop here. I wish I never had.
