Worst Online Presence

Worst online service. It is nearly impossible to return goods ordered online. Their technical team could not fix their online return system for 3 weeks (also, they can't book your return manually and neither can you return an online order in store). Honestly, for such a big brand this is pathetic to say the least. I really advise against ordering online. It has been over a month of me trying to return shoes I ordered which do not fit and have received endless excuses and issues trying to return it.
