Worst online order by far

I ordered on 27 November, this was a Christmas gift for my son. We are leaving for holiday in a week and I have received no feedback. I tried to email, call and sent online messages without success. I have ordered from many other online shops and received my orders within 2 to 3 days. It's only Adidas that cannot communicate or deliver. This was my last order with them. How disappointing not to receive a Christmas box in time! Your service is super poor.
