Worst customer service ever

Very bad customer service, i ordered on the 23rd of December 2020 till now i have not received my item. To make things worse they emailed me to say my order has been delivered but it was not. sent them numerous emails no one even bother to reply. called them and was told my order will be prioritised but nothing. Have not received a new tracking number. . Pathetic customer service, i will never use their services again
