Worst brand marketing!

Worst service ever! First time bought rugby boots online, had stock 3days after got refunded because they made a mistake. Phone head office, gentleman apologized and said please try another range. Did as he said, 3days later refunded me now again. Guess what no stock again. Go on their website still the same add. Big brand supporter but this is the worst. I can not believe this is how your brand operates! Sad to say the least!
