Worst customer service! No one can assist ever, not by phone or mail or online. Absolutely insane.

Returned an item partially paid for with a gift card! The return was only partially reimbursed! Even though there is no functionality to replace an incorrect size item. I bought the item a second time expecting the full reimbur*****t.

Disgusting! What kind of business is this?
