Worse customer service from Adidas!!

Worse customer service from Adidas. My husband bought 2 pairs of Adidas Crazyquick. Both pairs has broken on the side of the shoe. However adidas will not take responsibility for poor manufacturing. Please sort out your ****py unprofessional service!

Please find a way to sort this out ASAP as we are loyal supporters to Sportsmans warehouse and Adidas.
