Worse customer service

Good day

This is the most terrible service i have received from your customer service lady by the name Shaakirah asfter trying to explain to her what was told me this morning that both my orders will b delivered today yet she bluntly just said that it wont happen today will just need to wait no means and way of speaking to a customer in a proper manner .

i have been purchasing products from you guys for more than 2 years now and this is the 1st time i have been receiving bad service from u guys really is this what we as valued customers get back

This morning when i spoke to ****er at about just after 9 i was told that i would receive both my orders today and he has confirmed that both orders will be received today just waiting for the courier to collect it from the warehouse . When calling back again at about 11:30 to find out if package was collected i was advised that there is no way that it would be delivered today firstly i was given the incorrect information why confirm to a client that package will be delivered and now nothing seriously this is not acceptable .

Secondly no courtesy to actually respond to mails that gets sent off to u guys again not one email i have sent has even been responded to or no updates was even given is this what customer service is about to you as an adidas team .

I would like feedback with regards to my items as i was told by ****er that it would be delivered today should i not get feedback i will take this further .
