WORSE CHAT SERVICE EVER!

I went to the Adidas store at the train station in Cape Town Adderley street looking for the Adidas Handball Spezial Suede shoes in red, I was told in has been discontinued. I went on the app and started a live chat, this person 1 doesn't confirm if yes or not it has been discontinued... they send me a link for a maroon or whatever color that shoe was but it was definitely not red.... chat disconnects. I started a new chat a few hours later get through to another agent they also do not confirm if the shoes has been discontinued or not.... they ask me to send a picture.... I understand they wanted to see what I was talking about, but are you telling me they aren't able to put the name of the product in on some system or website to see what I'm referring to? That time their customer service but I need to go the extra mile of sending them a screenshot! Worse chat service ever!!!!!
