Where is my order, Adidas?

I ordered sneakers on the 21st of May 2026, I was given a tracker for someone else's order for 2025. I have been calling and using their online chat platform and every time I am told "we are escalating". I am taking this to the CCMA. The worst online shopping experience ever!
