What a great company!!!

<p>We bought our son a pair of new Adidas rugby boots at a redicilously low price on sale (shop assured us that its genuine ones) and after the first practice session the soles cracked and pieces broke off, I contacted the customer careline still convinced that it is a genuine Adidas product and was asked to send photo's and an email to them as they will then assess the shoes and get back to me. </p> <p>I received an email back from them yesterday and they advised me that the shoes I bought was not genuine Adidas shoes, They have offered me a online voucher to purchase my son a new pair of guinuine shoes even though I unknowlingly bought a **** pair whereas they could have just said "sorry they not real so its your loss......" We never expected this and I just want to give Adidas a HUGE thumbs-up and THANK YOU for supporting a highschool childs dream of playing rugby in his dream boots and we know he will wear his new boots with absolute pride.....</p>
