Waste of my money!!!!!!!!
<p>Hi. I bought a manchester united sandal end of Jan for R450. The sandal is torn and my husband hardly wore it. It still looks brand new except for the bubble gum stuck to the bottom. I sent pictures of the sandal to the head office to be reviewed and the response i get is:</p> <p>"we are sorry that you are not satisfied with the quality of the shoes purchased. After careful assessment of the pictures you provided, we are unable to accept this return". R450 and not even 5 months later... Really now!!!!!!!! what kind of response is that. This is ridiculous and im not happy. A sandal this expensive should last much longer than that. I want this item returned!!!!!!!</p>
Never again will i buy from adidas and i hope all your customer's reading this will think twice before they do. You pay alot of money thinking that what you've bought will last longer than 4 months, but with adidas they dont!!!!!!!!!! And the service is so ****py that they come up with all kinds of excuses just so they dont have to return your item. I didnt want money back, all i wanted was a better pair of decent sandals that will last. Thanks for nothing ADIDAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
