WAITING FOR REFUND, NO HELP FROM ADIDAS

I logged a return on the 4 December 2022 and I still have not received my refund even today. I did a follow up on 16 January 2023 and was told my case will be attended to in 2-4 business days. It has been 10 days and my case has not been resolved. I have only received automated messages and no one from the Adidas team has assisted me. Yesterday I was notified my case will be closed in 2 days but I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY HELP.
