Waiting for a refund since January

I got very bad service from Adidas Atterbury. The cashier charges me 200R more. I have to go back to the shop to show that I am overcharged! They said the transaction is reversed and will get the money in a few days. Still waiting for my refund, since January! I went to the branch twice to follow up and the money is not still there. Very disappointing!
