Very unsatisfactory service

I'm very disappointed with Adidas it is a such big brand that it can treat customers this way.

I bought sneakers for my son unfortunately the size was too small. They collected the parcel from me on 19 October 2022, and they said they received it at their warehouse on 25 October but even today I haven't received my refund. No communication whatsoever.
