Very Disappointed

In December I placed an order for shoes. Happy I had secured the only item on my son's Christmas list, since they were out of stock everywhere, and I was given a 15% joining voucher for future purchases!<br> <br> Today I bought another pair of shoes using the money he had gotten for Christmas. I went to the website, found the shoes, again the last pair but in the correct size. I logged in to my account, copied and pasted the voucher code from the email and checked that the code was showing and clicked next. Punched in my card details, but noticed the voucher code was empty, coped and pasted the code again, checked again that the code was showing and clicked order. <br> <br> Then I get a bank notification that they have made the payment for the full amount. I called the helpdesk, apparently the voucher had expired (no expiry date on the email). Next they say that they will cancel my order and refund me (5 to 7 days delay), and then I can reorder (pay again too). I explain that it was the last pair they tell me I will have to wait for the stock to be returned then order and then buy again. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he was busy but would call me back in 20 to 30 mins. Still waiting!
