Very bad service the worst

I bought sandals on the 24/10/2025 via pay just now the total is R999 first instalment was R333 got a tracking number that does not exist never got email nothing,I have been back and forward with adidas asking me the same nonsense over and again ,I just want pay just now to keep their R999 not pay it over to adidas and refund me my R333 this is so frustrating,unprofessional and unacceptable really
