Value for money

<p>I bought a pair of Adidas Blades, which is quite an expensive shoe. I occasionally wear them as they are part of my most favourite takkies. </p> <p> </p> <p>To my disappointment, the studs on these shoes have been dropping off and unfortunately I have has not success with getting hold someone that could assist me. I visited a branch in Cape Town and they then provided me with the contact number of the area manager Austin. </p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Austin and he advised that I sent him pictures of the barcode on the inside of the shoe, which I gladly did as it appeared that I have found someone that will be able to assist me, only to be dissapointed once more. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was told that this particaular shoes was released in August 2015 and is now more then a year old and because I have no proof of purchase, they would not be able to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Being such an expensice shoes and Adidas being a world wide brand, it is dissapointing how their service and quality does not match slogan " Impossible is nothing". </p> <p> </p> <p>I am not seeking freebies, I just want my problem to be resolved, but it appears that this is not the case. I will share my experience wherever I go and tell everyone of the bad quality and service that I've received if this is not resoved soon. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
