Utterly pathetic service

I logged a return on 23 May 2025 and called the call centre numerous times to get some indication when my return will be collected. First return cancelled as time lapsed? Got a second RMA number, still waiting for my return to be collected. Logged a second return on 12 June, received the RMA still no indication of collection. Called *** which is impossible to get through to. I eventually got hold of someone (did not give her name) and she took my details so that the person who deals with these queries can contact me as she was not in the office. Still waiting. Today, 17 June 2025, I have been trying to call the number no answer. I am beyond disbelief, my first return is nearing a month and not collected. Each time you make an enquiry it states it will take 3-4 business days to get a response.
