Unreliable

I was searching for a certain shoe and the gentleman whom answered the phone offered to try assist me as the shoe I wanted was out of stock. So he said he would search for the shoe at "warehouse something something" and would get back to me whether he finds the shoe or not. A few days later I do had not heard from him. So I called the store so I could get an update. Thabiso or Kagiso answered the phone. I explained to him what had happened. Instead of trying to find out from the other staff members who had spoken to me, he brushed me off and told me that there shoe was not in stock (after hearing it form a lady who was shouting from the background) that they don't have it. I told him the guy I had previously spoken to, had already told me that, but said would try find other ways to try assist. I called to find out if was able to assist. Not to be brushed off like that. I didn't appreciate Thabiso/Kagiso brushing me off and not finding out who had spoken to me. He trued to tell me of an alternative way of finding the shoe, but that was not the reason of my call, so i hung up. I wanted an update. Whether the shoe had been found or not.
