Unfair treatment

On black Friday I went to addidas store vaalmall all wanted to buy a size6 pink sandle they looked for it and couldn't find a partner the supervisor took my contact and promised to call me back soon as they found another pair and I'm going to get it or buy it on a black Friday price which was R250 today I went to store to ask if they find the pair or what they have but now she telling me I can't have it on that price how so cos I feel is not fair she's telling me that pair is a laybe if she can give me a laybe now why not black Friday
