Unfair service

<p>I went to addidas retail crossing and asked one of the sales consultants to keep a tracksuit aside for me.i went to collect it today and the tracksuit had been mistakenly packed and sent to another store.They found the same tracksuit at their fourways store and refuse to bring it to their store.they insist their policy does not allow store to store transfers.i feel this should be an exception since they were in the wrong.does addidas value its customer service or is it just their way or the highway.very unfair.The tracksuit in fourways is apparently also being kept by a stafd memeber for themselves </p> <p> </p>
