Unacceptable quality

I purchased a pair of Adidas soccer boots, believing in their reputation for quality and durability. However, I was sorely disappointed. Within just a couple of weeks of regular use, the boots began to fall apart. It felt like I had wasted my money on a subpar product.

When I returned the boots, I was shocked to find that Adidas explicitly states these boots should not be used for training and matches, nor in varying weather conditions. This is incredibly misleading, as they are marketed as soccer boots! I wouldn't have made this purchase had I known they couldn't handle standard play conditions.

When I reached out to customer service for a potential refund or exchange, they refused to honor the guarantee because it apparently doesn’t cover the stipulations about usage. I feel completely let down by the lack of support and transparency from Adidas. I would not recommend these boots to anyone looking for reliable soccer footwear. Save your money and look for a brand that stands behind its products! We will be changing to NIke
