Unacceptable

I’ve been trying to process a return and refund for weeks now with no success. Despite following all the required steps, adidas.co.za has not processed my return and continues to close my support tickets without resolving the issue.

I’ve reached out multiple times through their customer support channels, but I keep getting automated responses or ticket closures with no explanation.

This is completely unacceptable from a global brand like Adidas.
