Unable to use Adidas Voucher

I received an adidas voucher when I completed the Cape Town Marathon. I tried to use it online, but it kept on giving me an error. I sent it to Admin Run For Africa <***> and they rep**** and said it was expired. I sent them a photo that it gave me the error before it expired but they are not returning my emails. Very frustrating. Adidas, please investigate and resolve
