Trashy Courier company used

I placed an order on 25/11/2022 and I'm still waiting for my parcel. You said delivery takes 5-7 working days if my order doesn't arrive tomorrow you better cancel it and process an Immediate refund for me.

From my experience in the contact center every customer complains about Courierit, I've seen how they can keep a customer's order for more than 2 weeks without even calling a customer to inform them of the delay. That courier company is ****ty. They sent me a text message stating they weren't able to deliver my order because they do not service my area today, what kind of nonsense is that? I bet if it was the Courier Guy my order would've arrived last week.

Adidas you better speak to the courier company I want my order before COB tomorrow.
