The worse service ever dissatisfied customer

<p>I was on holiday visiting johannesburg. On the 28th April 2017 at 16h50 I visited the adidas outlet store in retail crossing. I was greeted by salesman and asked if I needed any assistance. I saw 2 pairs adidas soccer boots which I liked. I took my size and handed both pairs of errors to sales assistant. Once at the cashier counter I was informed price tags on both pairs of soccer boots is incorrect. THE manager will have to come and override system. The price was R1499 instead of R2049 and the other R1649 instead of R2999. When the manager arrived Mr.Shaun Austin he informed me that I cannot get the boots at the price I see cause his system won't allow. And he further went on to talk about CPA which I see is clearly in my favour. Whilst I was on the phone the manager clearly started removing the tags and asked the cashier to print new tags I asked him why he is doing that he said cause the prices I wrong. I said I should get both pairs for the price I see its not my fault that a staff member put in the wrong tags. The manager walked away without assisting me. In full view of customers in the store he started swearing at me . I was very surprized at that and embarrassed. Is that how a manager suppose to carry his professionalism. Once he reached his back office door he raised his hand and showed me his middle finger. I am shocked about that incident and very taken aback due to the fact I am an avid loyal customer and never received this before. I definitely hope in the future the manager doesn't treat customers the way he feels .I await response from the adidas team. Kindly see picture of boot.</p>
