The most frustrating online purchase experience ever

Do NOT ever buy from this Company. Three weeks after ordering there has been no communication other than a note on the website talking to delays. The provided Chat line and phone number are inaccessible as they just cut off, so I cannot even cancel the order. This Company should be banned from conducting online trading as they are obviously *********** in managing their distribution supply chain
