The courier and delivery process is slow.

Placed an order in December, was sent for shipping on the 3rd Jan, last shipping update was packed into the truck on Wednesday, and went out for a route on Friday, then phoned courier it again today, and they said that they were going to prioritize my delivery and I was assured that the delivery would arrive today... low and behold, nothing. I will not be ordering online again because of this experience.
