The brand with the 3 strikes!

I bought a pair of golf shoes online on Saturday 2 Nov. On Tuesday I logged a query on whether they had been delivered as I had a confusing phone call on Sunday saying that a parcel had been delivered to our security office. ( they had nothing) I have still not received a reply to my online query other than an automated response telling me I can expect a response in 2-4 working days. On Friday I phoned the head office who re- routed me to a call centre. The guy that spoke to me after a 12 minute wait- in can live with that- was very pleasant and helpful and said my parcel was being delivered that day ( 8th) . Needless to say it wasn’t and he called the head office now ****h)where the phone rang for 2 minutes then dropped me. All in all a shocking online retail experience. If I could get someone to speak to me I would cancel the order and buy another brand. ( btw - it’s my own fault as I had a nightmare experience about 18 months ago when I bought cross trainers online) I won’t again- so many other options with hopefully a better experience.
