Terrible service purchasing online

Absolutely terrible experience purchasing from Adidas online, it actually makes you feel as if you have been ****med. I'm still waiting for my item since December 2020 which supposed to be delivered within 7 workings days! Their customer service department is absolutely useless I called in so many times for assistance and no one wants to help.

Most people would be purchasing stuff online due to the pandemic and expect a big brand such as Adidas to be a reliable store to purchase from but I honestly won't advise anyone to purchase anything from their online store ever!
