Terrible service Adidas

I ordered items online on the 29th of May 2020 which was delivered on the 3rd of June 2020 and logged an online return on the 4th of June 2020. I have been sending out emails and been calling the call-centre several times just to be told that they will collect the next day and if not the following day. I even went out of my way to call the courier service - Dawn Wing but been told they didn't received any request to collect my parcel. Its unfortunate to get such horrible services from a brand like Adidas. I wont order online ever again.
