Terrible service

I bought sneakers online on the 17th of June, they didn’t fit and logged a return and their courier company sent an sms to collect the sneakers neck as they don’t fit and I don’t have an exchange size. From the 27th of June I’ve been waiting and calling for the sneakers to be collected from my home but still nothing. I’ve been calling everyday for collection and everyday same story, we will collect today! What a terrible service!! I’m never buying from Adidas online EVER!!
