TERRIBLE QUUALITY & SERVICE

I am an avid adidas supporting, I only where adidas shoes casual and running. I went and spend R3500 on a pair of the new ultra boost. When I received them and went for my first run, i thought they were A LOT harder than the previous version. Before jumping to any conclusions I thought let me give it time. A couple of days later I went for another 5km run and when I got home and took of the shoe i noticed that the tread on the show had basically been ********** (much like i felt) this is not what I expect from adidas and a R3500 shoe. I emailed *** with pictures and basically got told sorry we can't help you that is how the show is???? Sorry, "so the shoe falls apart after two 5km runs???
