Terrible Delivery communication

I am utterly disgusted by the level of service from adidas and affiliated courier company

I had ordered items from black friday and when I initially enquired I was told goods will be delivered on 29 November which is a week turn around time.

I am yet to have received the goods and I have called twice to follow up

they escalated it with the couriers yet I am not even getting clarity on time of delivery

I am a proud of the brand yet this experience is nothing short of putrid

I really hope they shape things up
