Terrible customer service, avoid purchasing from at all costs.

After winning a R1000 Adidas voucher through Virgin Active I purchased a pair of running tights from the online store. These had to be replaced in May as the seams had separated after only a few runs.

I lodged a request for the 2nd pair to be returned at the end of June as they also separated at the seams after a few uses. It took almost 2 weeks to receive a response after which the tights were returned. The refund took weeks to process and was for the amount over and above the R1000 voucher I used. I requested a replacement voucher only to be told they don't reissue vouchers on returns.

I have been fighting with Customer Services ever since to get my voucher issued and even though I was promised feedback they have now started ignoring all my emails. My requests to speak to a Manager were also ignored in favor of promising feedback which never came.

The last feedback I received was on the 2nd September which was:

"Please note this has been escalated and we are still waiting for feedback"

To date (19th September) I have not received any further communication and they have ignored 4 subsequent emails from me.
