Terrible customer experience brought to you by Tholo at Adidas store in Pretoria.

Good day On Sunday 26 November 2023 I had the displeasure of being assisted by Tholo at the Adidas store on Church street in the Pretoria cbd. This sales person needs an induction on customer service. She was unkeen to assist, snappy with her responses and lacking in courtesy. I have been shopping at this branch also at the Mams mall branch in the past and have never experienced anything less than fantastic service. Many times one encounters terrible service and sometimes just leave it at that and move. I feel strongly this time around as this young lady in *****ing the image of an awesome brand. I do expect that Adidas has in place training in order for staff to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes the brand and not bring it harm. Please urgently book this young lady for training as she urgently needs it. She needs to realize that the brand is bigger than her / anyone and that service is a must and never an option. Regards
