TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

Adidas (South Africa) Online after sales service is pathethic. I ordered sneakers online and they did not acknowledge my payment until I had to call and find out why I did not receive order confirmation. If I hadn't made the call my order would not had been processed completely and they would have kept quiet. My order arrived but unfortunately the size was wrong so I sent it back. The courier collected it the day after I actioned the return but they did not confirm if they had received it. I called them 3 days later and only then did I find out that they had received it. NO communication at all to say we received the sneakers. They say that they actioned my return on 06/09/2023. According to their consultants it takes 14 days for the funds to be returned to you the customer. Today is 27/09/2023 and I called them to find out what is the delay with my money. I spoke to Naresh Singh today 27/09/2023 at 10:07am and he is now telling me that he will escalate the matter and I need to wait another 5-7 days for feedback. This is unacceptable as I had already waited the full 14 days stipulated. NEVER BUYING FROM ADIDAS ONLINE AGAIN!!!!!
