Terrible Adidas Service

I returned a parcel with Adidas in the beginning of October. After waiting for more than a month for a refund, I followed up to see why I hadn't been refunded, they stated that it was refunded at the beginning of October, but it may take a while for the funds reflected.

When I said that it had been more than a month, they said that the refund is actually still in process and that they had actually not refunded it. I have followed up numerous times and they are not responding.
