Terible service all around

Terrible shopping experience. Placed an order on 22/11/2022. By 30/11/22, it had still not shipped. Called the call centre to complain, apparently someone forgot to update the order and so it was never shipped. No apology given.

What kind of company are you running? How do You NOT ship out an order on time? Order was then immediately shipped the next day but Now I’m waiting for the *********** courier company to deliver it. They’ve had the item 1/12/22 and it’s been in my city since the 2/12/22 but no delivery as yet.

Really terrible service all around. Never going o purchase from you again. And I still have no idea when I’m getting my PAID order.
