Terex talkies ripped after a few days of wearing them

Bought 6 pairs of terex shoes taken them back to the store never received a replacement or information about the problem no customer service get the run around by staff and management they don't bother about there customers I don't want money I just want answers and a solution to my problem but they don't want to know anything about the problem with there product
