Stinking service

I’m disappointed and outraged about the service that I got from Adidas online. I bought rugby boots for my son online , firstly they delayed in coming. They were delivered the same day the boy had to go on your. When he tried them on they were small. I had to be called back to bring in other pair as they were leaving for tour to Cape Town. I had to borrow boots as he had to leave. I called requested to return and get proper size, they tell me they do jujitsu have I can return and get a refund. I do so now the ****** tell me they were worn. Who in their right gut mind will wear small boots with thick rugby socks and go play a full game. That is ****** rediculous insane.
